You may return your first box of seasonal accessoriesfor a full refund within 7 business days from the date of delivery. We will arrange the accessories to be collected from you within a reasonable time and you will be refunded the full amount of the membership fee paid for your first box of seasonal accessories 15 business days after the last membership fee was deducted from your account.
In the unlikely event that any of the products delivered to you are defective, you may return them to us to allow us to inspect the products to determine whether they are indeed defective, or whether any damage has been caused by you or by wear and tear.
The Box Fashion reserves the right to accept a photo of the defective item for inspection in our sole discretion.
If The Box Fashion determines that the product is defective we will gladly replace it or provide you with a proportional refund for the cost of the defective item.
The Box Fashion is not responsible for any damage to products caused by wear and tear, your error or any adjustments or additions made to the products once they are in your control.
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, you will not be refunded any monthly fees paid up to the date of cancellation in the event that accessories were received per every three payments and you will not receive the next seasons’ accessories unless you have paid your three-monthly membership fees.

The Box Fashion is a registered Trademark and is an exclusive South African accessories membership service.
The items distributed to clients are not intended for re-sale and The Box Fashion reserves the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
Any of the above-mentioned discrepancies will result in legal actions taken against the guilty party.
The Box Fashion cannot be held liable for any damage. loss or injury sustained by client or any third party, proven or implied, from the incorrect usage of the items distributed.
While our designers and suppliers take great care in the production of our items, clients should consult a medical practitioner in the event of experiencing any adverse reaction to the plated jewellery.
The Box Fashion aims to keep its clients informed with any changes in items, colour schemes or pricing.
In the event that any of our products are found to be defective, please notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect.
The Box Fashion may change these items and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Box Fashion respects your privacy and will take all the reasonable measures to protect any personal information that you provide to us to allow us to provide you with our services.
